Began symptoms in 2017, Parkinson’s diagnosed by neurologist in 2018. Taking Carbidopa-Levodopa since diagnosis, with a variety of supplements. I vigorously exercise on 10 speed road bike and strenuous hiking for 2 to 2.5 hrs daily. Still work as teacher and graphic designer full time.
