I was diagnosed with PD in April 2015. This is after my first diagnosis of having Multiple Sclerosis in April of 2011. So now I am challenged with both. Trying to keep moving and strengthening on the one hand, and trying very hard not to break a sweat, which will cause my MS symptoms to exacerbate.
