I had total knee surgery on both of my legs, 8 months apart. It seemed like after that, my toes were curling, I had crawly sensations in my back, hot flashes, body stiffness, insomnia, and constantly feeling exhausted. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2013 at the age of 55. When taking my youngest daughter to college in 2009, I had my first hot flash. I have been getting them ever since. I wake up totally wet with sweat. When I go to the gym, I sweat more than some of the guys. I have only had 1 cold flash that I am aware of.
