My husband was diagnosed with PD in May 2023 but it was clear to some that he had it by 2021.  Looking back, now that we’ve learned more about it, he had early signs  like loss of smell and abnormal hand sensation earlier than that.
He does not have a tremor (yet) so I’m assuming he has the axial type of PD.
