Detected in 2015,  shaking “Right Thumb”  A lot of disconnected? medical conditions started to take place. i.e.  Diplopia, Pain in legs, global body pain, vision changes, existing tinnitus got much worse and the list goes on.  Three incidents associated with vision were thought to be TIAs.  In 2017 a determination of Parkinsons was set in concrete.  The bad became worse very quickly.  

As it would be my luck, I was now diagnosed with “Full Spectrum” Parkinsons and forever sent to Hell.  

Currently chronic  pain (Global) is 24/7 is off the chart.  In addition, I have been blessed with 24/7 Fibromyalgia, Severe GI problems, Global severe Neuropathy  Tinnitus off the chart.  Main pain med is Oxy.  Note:  Use of Opioids, can make constipation worse, but advantages outweigh labilities.  Current RX requirements  are 7 to 8 (25-250)  Sinemet paired with Comtan. 3 (200 mg) Lyrica rounds out the main RX.  Issue now is increasing  Dyskinesia in hands and head. Oral meds are  useless with even moderate Gastroparesis.  Sleep (what sleep?)  Severe pain in shoulders, neck, head is becoming more and more resistant to meds of all types.  GI problem is severe, Trying to find doctor who can help with possible alternatives.  I am in zip 93012.
