My husband was diagnosed at age 63 with stage 3 PD in 2016, but had symptoms of it since his mid 50’s. He has little shaking, but is very slow physically and now mentally slowing as well. His autonomic nervous system is affected as well. We are both retired, so at least I do not juggle a job and care giving. My husband takes 5 carbadopa-levadopa per day, needing that 5th pill at night to help him sleep. Care giving is taking more and more of my time and I do 90-95% of all work, both inside and outside. I depend on God to see us through each day.
