Voice Therapy Program Helps People with Parkinson’s
SPEAK OUT! is a voice therapy program developed by the Parkinson’s Voice Project that has been shown to help people with Parkinson’s disease regain their ability to communicate. Parkinson’s patients, especially those who received the training in early stages of the disease, saw improvements in speech intensity, pitch range, reading intelligibility, and vocal quality after SPEAK OUT! therapy.
