Does meditation help you manage Parkinson’s symptoms?
The general consensus seems to be that stress can worsen Parkinson’s symptoms. While I don’t have Parkinson’s, I do have an autoimmune condition that’s highly sensitive to stress.
As a result, I’ve incorporated regular meditation into my life. Meditation doesn’t make my problems go away, but it does seem to shift my relationship to them.
Do you practice meditation? If so, is there a particular kind you like to practice? Does it help you with managing stress and Parkinson’s symptoms?
