    Do you ever feel like you MUST get horizontal immediately or you will pass out?

    About once or twice a week, an overwhelming feeling of dizziness comes over me, usually in the mornings after I have been up for an hour or so.  I must immediately lay down or I feel I will blackout.  In about 10 minutes, the feeling will pass and I am fine.  Currently, I am on (2) Sinemet 25-100 3x/day and Neupro patch 3mg..  My neurologist suggested I take 1 Sinemet before I eat with lots of water, then the second pill while eating breakfast, maybe 20 minutes later.   This seems to work fine most of the time, but occasionally I still get very nauseous and must get horizontal ASAP so I don’t faint.  Does anyone else have this problem?
