I was diagnosed in June of 2015. And honestly,  up until recently my concerns were for my mom,  who I was her primary (Only) Caregiver.

I don’t know much about what is kicking my Butt.

I am trying to learn more but I have other health/physical problems, and can’t differentiate what is what! Any advice or suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!
