Diagnosed with PD in 2018 after having a severe fall and hand tremors, among other symptoms.  I’m 69, retired (7 years now) with three sons and five grands.   I have other health complications that make dealing with the PD very hard and make me less prone to getting the right excercise and keeping a positive outlook.  Looking forward to sharing on the forum.
