I took a part in a clinical study last year at UCLA. It was Low Intensity Focused Ultrasound that targets an area of the brain responsible for producing tremors. It definitely had a positive effect on my tremors but for a short period of time, a couple of days. Then it went away. This solution doesn’t fry your brain but disrupts tremor controlling mechanism. They said there will be a second phase of this study next year.
I’m saying it because I guess there is always something new being tried out there that you could participate in. Check this site for potential trails, you may get something promising to take a part in. https://www.clinicaltrials.gov
I almost got into this study but apparently I’m not where they want you to be for consideration.

Good luck everyone. Stay positive and don’t lose hope.
