I am just diagnosed last Fall and have been trying a lot of different supplements as well as red light therapy, massage, GLP1, probiotics, and hyperbaric oxygen. I actually just got back from Germany where I had stem cells harvested to start Secretome therapy next month. I also had MRI guided focused ultrasound treatment of my right hand tremor with 90-95% tremor reduction for the last 3 months at Mayo.
So far the MRI guided focused ultrasound did the best. Massage is great! Red light therapy seems to help. GLP 1 has likely helped a lot. Hyperbaric oxygen seems to help especially with stamina when I exercise which I do a lot of.
Secretome seems to be very promising. I have the choice of getting it either IV or intrathecal. I am thinking IV first.
The thing is every case of Parkinsons seems to have its own unique course, so what works for me may not work for others….. I am also well to do enough to try these things. I am happy to report my experiences, but everyone is different and has a different medical history so do your own due diligence before trying anything out much less what a guy is saying on a bulletin board like this. Gives you a lot to talk about with your own doctor though!
