As a retired Rock Steady Boxing coach I have worked with and coached well over 200+ men and women with various stages of PD. I still work with a few PD clients at my home in Fla.
In my experience nothing quite has the results obtained with “forced intense exercise”. RSB provides that as well as high intensity circuit training. In the program that my wife and I facilitated we reassessed our boxers every 6 months. I can only remember one stage 4 client that didn’t have noticeable tangible improvement.
We had 3 classes. 2 for PD 1-3+ and 1 class for advanced 4-5 boxers. There were many who we moved from the 4-5 class to the 1-3 class.
No doubt yoga is a big help for help with stretching the facia and allowing the major muscle groups to recover.
