I started with PD symptoms about 3 and a half years ago, left hand tremors, that my doctor thought could be related to an insomnia medication I started taking recently.
As tremors didn’t go away, February 2023 I went to an abnormal movements neurologist and was diagnosed with unilateral ascending kinetic PD.
I’m not under medication yet as symptoms are manageable but I take physical therapy, pre and probiotics, a healthy diet that helps to avoid constipation.
