My hand started shaking about 7 years ago.  I take Rytary and rasageline.  I see a motion disorder neurologist about every 6 months.  Exercise is key!  I go to the YMCA 5 days a week, about 20 hrs a week in class including Spinning, Rock Steady boxing, Zumba, Adult Balance, Parkinson Exercise class.
