Biography

Diagnosed October 6, 2020. Search a second opinion and there is something wrong in the first diagnosis. Tremor on both hands, I’m in Rasagiline (1mg a day) and Propanolol (1/2+1/2 of 40 mg, every 12 hours). I’m afraid.  I’m alone, divorced, have no family near by, preparing everything that is necessary to go to Dignitas, in Switzerland, where they perform assisted suicided. Meanwhile, start to do exercise and reinforce 3 things in my diet (I’m from Portugal, so it’s mediterranean diet): greek yogurt, gonger tea and garlic. Read hundreds of cientifical studies, peer-reviewd, from prestigious cientists nnd universities and found several of them talking about properties related with cleaning brain from oxidants.
