Short Bio |
I was diagnosed with Parkinson about 4 yeas ago after several visits to my neurologist, he wasn’t sure, my wife’s description of my changes in walking and rolling over in bed basicly convinced him I had Parkinson’s . He then prescribed Sinemet for me a told me to come back in 6 wks. at each visit he ‘uped’ my Sinemet dose until i’m now on 250/25 mg 4 times a day. I don’t believe it helps me much. I don’t have any shakes but my speech, walking, writing is badly affected. I’m now 69 yrs old. I also have a different neurologist, but honestly don’t feel any improvement in their care of me. Its very much a case of diagnose and then good bye.
I’ve tried a few things, exercise, diet change, red light helmet to get infra red light waves to my brain? All with little effect.
