Biography

I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2000, when I was just 55. I was at that time a resident of New Delhi, though I was originally from Quilon(present day Kollam) in the South Indian state of Kerala. I shifted to Bangalore (in 2008 to escape from the extreme weather in Delhi.) Bangalore is now my permanent residence.

I was a journalist and was working in a TV News channel when Parkinson’s hit me. I pulled on for two more years before I quit my job to work from home.

I am still managing my day to day activities myself and writing something or the other on my laptop.
I am depending on allopathy and Ayurveda systems of medicines to tame Parkinson’s symptoms. I resorted to Ayurveda(Panchakarma) treatment as early as in 2000 and got rid of my mask face forever. (More later….)
