I am 70 with HWP, now age 75, with PD diagnosed in 2021, but probably had longer. Dominant symptoms are right hand and arm constant tremor, hunched over, slow gait, a slight drag of the right foot, sleep difficulty, and aches and pains. He mostly observes, he is not as participatory in our family social gatherings anymore. He used to be quite fun. Meds are not helping symptoms. He has been trying high-dose B1 protocol since January 1923. So far little or no effect. His mother had PD as well.
