I was diagnosed with PD in 2016 on my 66th birthday. I started Carbidopa/Levodopa 18 months later. I worked my way up to 3 tablets a day. I have some dyskinesia which I manage with taking 1/2 a tablet 6 times a day. I do Rock Steady Boxing, Delay the Disease exercising, line dancing and deep water exercise. We have a great support group here. Being informed about PD is very important for me.
