I have suffered with RLS for 10 years, but it has worsened in the last 6 months to where I was only getting 2-3 hrs of sleep at night.  I recently started taking Sinemet 25/100 1/2 pill before bedtime and the RLS has completely stopped.

However I am not experiencing very bad joint inflammation and pain that moves to a different location every day.  Is this a side effect of the Sinemet?
