I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s back in  2013 but suspected I had it much longer.  I had DBS surgery back in August of 2019.  I really enjoy Rock Steady boxing and recommend it for all of my fellow Parkinson’s brothers and sisters.    My recommendation is “To Keep Up The Fight”. Stay informed.
