I was diagnosed with PD in September, 2021. But looking back,I began to notice problems with gait freezing since about 2015. Loss of balance and freezing of gait are my worse symptoms. I’m no longer able to play tennis or pickleball. But I spend a lot of time at the PWR (Parkinson/Wellness/Recovery) gym, exercising my butt off!!!
