Mom was diagnosed in 1993.  My sister and I took care of her through all five classic stages of Parkinson’s.  In addition, we have been active members of the Parkinson’s support group in Colorado Springs since 1995.  I have trained people with Parkinson’s, their family members, professional caregivers, and activity directors on living well with Parkinson’s.
