Spent 40 years in Houston blocks from one of the premier US medical complexes with annual company-paid executive physicals and all and it wasn’t until I saw a new PA  in a town of 100,000 after retiring  that all the pieces came together and PD was diagnosed. First symptoms started around 15 years before (loss of smell, writing became tiny).
