Was diagnosed with Parkinsons a month ago. Had tremors in my left arm. Having lots of sleeping problems. Don’t remember when I slept through a whole night. Doctor tried to push drugs against my will. Went for a second opinion. Had an MRI of the brain. Turns out I had a right basal ganglia infarction. He thinks that was the cause of my Parkinsons. I am somewhat confused about what causes Parkinsons. Seems everyone is just fishing for a cause. Wondering if anybody else had the same diagnosis. I don’t want meds. I am still researching on what the best approach would be

Tremors started a few month ago but had other signs for a long time. Attributed it to aging
