    I have also been on the Zhittya zoom calls and also have mixed emotions. CEO Dan’s diatribes about the FDA, how much money they have already invested, and even announcing that he dosed himself with FGF-1 appear to me as unprofessional and discrediting to the overall cause.

    I use it for 20 minutes daily on the dual spectrum (660 & 850nm) flashing mode for maximum power. After 15 months, its hard to say if its working, since I am attacking the disease with other therapies as well, but its easy enough to do. I intend on continuing to use it.     Do you mean full spectrum light for circadian issues or Red light for mitochondria support? (see https://www.wellred.com.au) I use a therapad as a head wrap for a daily red light treatment.

    Robert, Any Keto chocolate recipe will allow for the inclusion of mannitol as the sole or partial sweetner. Keto Nutella is a pretty fun and simple starting recipe.

    In response to the previous questions about mannitol dosage, the CliniCrowd website offered the following suggested dosages:

    ~20g per day. Above 20g per day, it may have a laxative effect
