PD diagnosed 2014, symptoms appeared 1 to 2 years before this (loss of smell, rt arm quit swinging while walking, finally tremor in rt hand, sent me to neurologist). Retired 2015 after I was no longer able to run my business and sold it. Able to reasonably control PD symptoms up until 6 months ago. I now experience offs that are beyond belief painful and can last for days.
