72yr.old, legally blind.

diagnosed with SLE 35+yrs., Parkinson’s in 2014…also, have REM Sleep Behavioral Disorder. I participate in a drumming class once a week, Rock Steady Boxing twice a week, PWRUP class once a month, and PD support group once a month. Began attempting to paint about 18 mos. ago.

Two saying I use a lot…”treading water”.  …”better not bitter”
