Competitive runner involved in a variety of sports.  Sports chiropractor married with 4 children and 3 grand children.  Appeared to have PD symptoms after developing highly inflammatory Polymyalgea Rheumatica 4 years ago, treated with prednisone.  Left sided foot cramping with running and left leg reduced endurance and coordination, voice affected, anosmea occasional shuffling and stooped posture.
