Hi Kim, I also suffer from the same symptom & it also began long (at least 5 years) i was diagnosed with PD. I put it down to being tall and having to stoop to be able to work on my workbench/machinery, as I’m a bit of a DIYER, welding, woodwork, painting etc. Nowadays otc meds only relieve the symptom for 2 hours, then the monster comes back with a vengance.

  • Yes, my Wife & the water I drink with my tablet doses add up to 2 – 2.2lt per day. We also drink 4 cups of tea and coffee during the day.

Yes I do. I go to sleep around 9:30pm and have my 1st call to the toilet around 11:30pm. The 2nd call is about 03:30am finding no difficulty in going back to sleep. I finally wake at around 07:45am in time to take my 1st regimen of medication at 08:00am.

My final medication for the day is Circadin (2mg Melatonim) taken at 06:00pm.

I’ll discuss the above pattern when I see my neurologist on 20th September.
