I was diagnosed 5 years ago this month.  My symptoms have not progressed to a severe level.  I have mild tremors, but I see more issues with swallowing, hoarseness, and a bit of imbalance.  Also, I can see that I am at the beginning stages of dementia. I look forward to receiving this vital info for myself and my caregiver. Thank you so much. John
