I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s about a year ago.  In about a year I have learned a lot about the disease and have accepted it as my way of life.  Currently, I am able to manage my day to day.  There are time when I want a shoulder to cry.   The Parkinson community has been supportive and helpful, the online classes, zoom sessions, webinars are great tools.
