Biography

Diagnosed in 2010, my PD has progressed slowly, I believe because of a proactive approach to living with the disease. I exercise daily and intentionally to maximize neuroplasticity, have adopted good sleep habits and strategies, eat a healthy diet supplemented with the advice of a naturopathic doctor and maintain good social connections.
