I agree with all that has been written so far. No need to list my illnesses or medications. I just live everyday to the best that I can.

    I use two systems.

One is Medical Guardian which I wear on a lanyard around my neck  If I fall I can press  button and I get to talk to some who will send the firemen out to help me get up  ( I can’t get up from the floor on my own  )

The  other system I use is my Apple Watch which will send out the Calvary if I fall-I don’t get to talk to anyone when I use my watch. It just recognizes that I have fallen and sends out help which could helpful if I lost consciousness.

I figure that between the two systems I’m covered for all falls!

I have been have urinary problems for about 5 years,  way before I was diagnosed with a movement disorder.  As with all things I’m sure that the movement disorder has made it more difficult for me in regards to my frequent urination both day and night.  I am dealing with it by working with a urologists and have an interstem device from Medtronics implanted in my butt to help control my bladder.  I’m getting much better results with this device than just on my own.  I would recommend anyone having urinary problems see a urologist.  There may be additional support for your urinary problems.

I never had hot flashes with menopause, but at age 71 I’m having terrible hot flashes!  The least little exertion and I’m sweating like crazy!  I did not attribute them to Parkinson’s symptoms until I saw this question!
