Biography

I was diagnosed in 2016 with Early Onset Parkinson’s Disease at the age of 39. And now almost 5 years later, have started having partial seizures and have been found to have mesial temporal sclerosis (causing a type of epilepsy). But that is not who I am. I am a baker…love it so much and would rather be in the kitchen than any where else in the world (other than the Cotswold maybe).
