Biography

I am the Central Bucks Parkinson’s Support Group coordinator, which serves the Montgomery and Bucks County in PA.  My HWP was diagnosed 4/11/2016 (Parkinson’s Birthday).  We have a speaker each month that specializes in some capacity of PD.  We also have breakout groups a few times a year for care partners and PWP.   We went virtual for COVID.  I send information from many PD organizations to the group, if I think it can help them.   I send out free virtually exercise classes, webinars, etc. to help  people to access information.  When in person, we have between 20-35 people.  I am also an Ambassador for the Parkinson’s Foundation “Aware In Care Kit”.  We have a bowling and a golf PD groups.
