I use the Vielight Gama near-infrared helmet device. My use has been on and off over the couple of years I’ve had it. I can’t say for certain that it helps mainly because I do so many protocols. I figure it probably can’t hurt and may help. The science seems solid. I benefit a lot from a keto diet, intermittent fasting, and exercise.

I’m a bit skeptical when the only small clinical trial is funded by the manufacturer of the product. This is at the end of the trial notes: “This work was supported by Bened Biomedical Co., Ltd.” I don’t doubt that some get good results. I do use Lactobacillus Acidophilus – From Amazon – 120 days for $7 – a probiotic in phase 3 clinical trials on the Cure Parkinson’s website. Clinical Trials updated 2024 – See chart ½ down doc: https://tinyurl.com/mta79hze
I’ve done a lot of research and self-testing. I know that exercise is # 1, followed closely by a keto diet and intermittent fasting, plus a dozen supplements. For more info on keto see Dr. Mathew Phillips, a metabolic neurologist on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBNNIIDBIYU
PD may not be curable, but it appears that we can significantly heal. Best wishes to everyone!

Amy, I follow your same protocol and have similar results – no PD progression in two years. I too use intermittent fasting and the occasional 3 – 5 day fast, plus exercise, and a number of supplements.
