This picture of a hummingbird, Anthracothorax nigricollis, was taken by Kristhian Castro as it flew at sunset in Colombia. Members of this family of birds can flap their wings up to 75 times per second (www.bbc.com/news/in-pictures-49960767).
This photo inspires me to think about movement beyond limits and the co-construction of movement (and behaviour and life itself!) between PPD, caregivers and myself in the Parkinson’s workshop to which I’ve belonged from 2002,
when it was created.
