Biography

I am a  recently retired nurse educator and the wife of Larry, who was diagnosed in 2000. He was an Internal Medicine physician and continued practicing until 2014. He has also had 5 lumbar spine surgeries with hardware in, out, and in again, which makes vigorous activity and sitting for long periods painful. He has been on a Duopa pump for a few years which helps smooth out Med levels, but still has dyskinesia or crashes from Med level fluctuations. Recently is experiencing some illusions and delusions which are helped some by adding Aricept.
