My balance and gate and of course fatigue.  I know these add up to three bothersome symptoms but combined they sure don’t make my day easier

I will definitely take any booster available to me.  I have not had covid and surely don’t want it in the future .  I get a flu shot every year and if there is a booster for the variants i will be the first in line.

    1. Hi Bruce.  I do the treadmill everyday for 30 minutes at 3 mph.  I experience the same post exercise symptoms you described.
I go home and sit for awhile but still have some residual weak feeling in my legs throughout the day.  I enjoy the treadmill and i just accept what follows.

I also have Addisons disease and two other autoimmune diseases.  Getting Parkinsons shocked me.  I have found no connection with these other diseases and Parkinsons.
At times i cannot determine which disease is responsible for my multiple symptoms.  I have played highschool and college football and spent 4 years in the military.  I worked summers in a steel mill on the charging floor and in the flues under the furnace.  I have advanced college degrees and worked in the medical field.
There is just no reason or clues i can find for the development of Parkinsons.
I don’t complain much but i am majorly disappointed.

I as well bump, brush into and i think i have rounded off most corners of my home. Very few black and blue marks so far.  The word “ouch” is used quite frequently.

I too drop things all the time.  They just find a way to slip out of what used to be a secure grip.  Gravity is winning .  It is a good thing my keys are made of metal.

I am a human being with PD and a great sense of humor.  Calling me a “parkie” would be both offensive degrading.
    Just one persons opinion.

  • I have not seen a PD in yrs.  i just take parcopa three times a day about 2 and 1/2 a day.  I am copeing with my multiple symptoms.  No body suggested frequent periodic contacts.

My fatigue increases in the afternoon hours.  If I don’t sleep good at night the fatigue is an all day symptom.
