I have a degree in Wellness Leadership through USF in Tampa.  I got certified as an ACSM personal trainer in 98, and an ACE personal trainer  in 2016.  I am certified to teach PWR Moves classes through PWR4life.org.  I teach 2 Parkinson classes per week, and I personal train people with PD as well.  I also work with seniors and teach 5 silver sneaker classes/week.
