Short Bio |
I was born and grew up in New England in the Merrimack Valley. I wanted to be a concert pianist when I grew up, but my parents wouldn’t let me. After much discussion, I ended up in the high-tech field instead. I worked for nearly 35 years as a hardware technician and later in MIS and network administration/support until I was forced on to disability in 2012 when my then manager was going to fire me for not keeping up with production.
In my retirement, I still study piano and play nearly daily. When I’m not practicing or playing the piano, I indulge in my some of my other hobbies including severe storm watching and virtual railroading.
