My mother has been diagnosed with PDD recently, as on yesterday. Her symptoms started more than 20 years ago when she lost her sense of smell. The tremors and other non-movement symptomatology started about 10 years ago. She now needs help with almost all ADL’s and cannot be left to roam the house as she has already shown proclivity to leaving the house without notice and without a coat and without a clear destination.
