I was having lots of nightmares and acting out in my sleep.  I even hit my husband and fractured a small hip bone because of the force of my kicks. Thank god most have gone away, I take CBD and Thc for sleep along with melatonin and it’s working.  No after effect and wake up at 5:30 to start my day and no groggy feeling.

Yes I am interested … diagnosed 8 years ago.  Luckily I am a personal trainer and cycle instructor so exercise has been so helpful.  I am very involved with the Parkinson’s Foundation.  Would be happy to share my story

I am a personal trainer and have had PD for 8 years .  I have done extensive research and for myself and some of my clients that have the disease , spin classes and strength training have been extremely beneficial in minimizing some of the symptoms. My balance is great because my core and legs are strong . I teach spin classes and the cardio for that has also helped . I have been active longer than the initial diagnosis so I think I definitely was ahead of the game. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions

Exercise and biking.  I am a personal trainer and truly believe my symptoms are not as bad because I have been active for over 25 years.  There are also articles about the importance with a cycle bike and classes called Pedaling for Parkinsons.  I teach a Facebook video live class every Wednesday at 8:15 am PST .  It definitely is much more intense than a pedaling Parkinsons class, but either way it is so important to exercise.  Newly diagnosed…. Find your new normal,
