Post 3 years D day. I more than likely have had it for 4 years prior, just in denial. Started with 3 Sinemet for 6 months, then 7 for two years, now 11 daily. For me PD progressed slowly, then took a quantum leap, gait took a turn for the worst, developed severe bladder incontinence, RBD, dysphagia with silent aspiration, and Major Depression Disorder. Doing physical therapy, which is helping, with movement. I have been treating with VA and non-VA specialists. My PD is associated with herbicide and water contamination. The MDD is the most troubling
