Biography

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s approximately 12 years ago. I am doing as well as I can and work hard to live a good life. By that I mean Thai I start the day each morning with a series of exercises, then I walk or swim , stay in touch with family and friends,and try to live every day to the fullest. I thank god for my blessings   And this includes my Parkinson’s , i look around and realize that you can always find someone near and dear to you that has it worse off. So I live, love and play hard and appreciate each and every day of my life. Parkinson’s is a shit disease, but I dwell on the positive and keep hoping.  Never loose Hope.
