Hi everyone,

My name is Alan. I am 70 years old. I was recently diagnosed with Parkison’s Disease 1 week ago. This is all very new to me. I have a tremor in one hand and poor posture. I am very weak and have poor balance. I also have stiffness in my body. I am looking to find out more on Parkinson’s and hopefully make some new friends!
