      Over a year after the pandemic was declared, many of us continue to work out from home, either on our own or with the help of virtual fitness classes and trainers. Columnist Lori DePorter is a virtual boxing class instructor for people with Parkinson’s disease. You can listen to her reflections on teaching virtually via Zoom over the last year here.
